Terms and Conditions for Using svoydom.bg
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between BIGCONVERT SRL, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and the customers of the online store svoydom.bg, hereinafter referred to as "the User." By placing an order, the User confirms that they are familiar with these terms and accept them.
1. General Provisions and Identification of the Trader
1.1. Svoydom.bg is an online store for sanitary ware, kitchen furnishings, and lighting, accessible at https://svoydom.bg.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes take effect from the date of their publication on the site and do not affect already concluded contracts.

We respond to inquiries within two business days.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. User — any natural person acquiring goods for purposes outside their trade or professional activity.
2.2. Order — an electronic document by which the User declares their intention to purchase goods from the store.
2.3. Contract — the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the User, without their simultaneous physical presence.
2.4. Business Days — the days from Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays in the Republic of Bulgaria.
2.5. Calculation of Deadlines — deadlines specified in days are counted in calendar days unless explicitly stated as "business days." The deadline starts from the day following the occurrence of the relevant event.
3. Applicable Law, Place of Performance, and Competent Court
3.1. For matters not settled in these terms and conditions, the applicable legislation of the European Union and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the User's country of habitual residence apply.
3.2. Language of the Contract. The contract is concluded in Bulgarian. The English version of the site is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancies, the Bulgarian text prevails.
3.3. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution. The User has the right to refer a dispute to the competent authorities for alternative dispute resolution. In the Republic of Bulgaria, the supervisory authority is the Consumer Protection Commission.
3.4. Internal Complaint Mechanism. Any complaint can be sent to team@bigconvert.com. The Seller undertakes to respond within 14 days of receipt.
3.5. Disputes with Traders (B2B). For contracts with persons acting within their trade activity, the competent court is the one at the Seller's headquarters.
4. Online Order
4.1. The order is made by adding goods to the cart and confirming the delivery and payment details.
4.2. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the User receives an order confirmation by email.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of out-of-stock items, technical error in the price, or inability to deliver to the specified address. In such cases, the User is notified immediately, and all paid amounts are refunded in full.
5. Prices, Invoicing, and Payment
5.1. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
5.2. The delivery price is stated separately and is visible in the order summary before confirmation.
5.3. The price valid for the order is the one shown at the time of its confirmation.
5.4. Payment Methods: payment by debit or credit card upon ordering, as well as cash on delivery (COD) when this option is available for the respective address.
5.5. A sales document is issued for each order, which is sent by email.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. We deliver to all settlements in the Republic of Bulgaria via courier Econt — to an address or to the courier's office.
6.2. Standard Delivery: 5.99 EUR, 1–3 business days.
6.3. Free Delivery for orders over 100 EUR.
6.4. Bulky Shipments (bathtubs, shower cabins, furniture): 14.99 EUR, 5–10 business days. The courier unloads at the building entrance; carrying to the apartment is not included.
6.5. Deadlines start from the order confirmation and do not include days when the courier service is not operating.
6.6. In case of delay due to the Seller's fault, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of the paid amounts.
7. Transfer of Ownership and Risk
7.1. Ownership of the goods is transferred at the moment of their delivery to the User against payment of the full price.
7.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the User at the moment of actual receipt of the goods.
7.3. We recommend checking the shipment in the presence of the courier. Visible damages are noted in the waybill upon receipt.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
8.1. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any compensation or penalty.
8.2. The period starts from the day you or a third party designated by you accepts the goods. For orders of multiple goods delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.
8.3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement to team@bigconvert.com before the period expires.
8.4. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal statement, in a condition allowing resale, with the original packaging and accompanying documents.
8.5. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the User, unless the goods are defective or do not correspond to the order.
8.6. We refund all received amounts, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8.7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized.
9. Warranties
9.1. All goods are subject to the statutory warranty for conformity under European and Bulgarian legislation.
9.2. When the manufacturer provides a commercial warranty, its terms accompany the goods and do not limit the User's statutory rights.
9.3. Complaints are submitted to team@bigconvert.com with a description of the non-conformity and the order number.
10. Liability
10.1. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, or modification of the goods by the User.
10.2. Sanitary and electrical products should be installed by a qualified person.
10.3. The Seller's liability is not limited in cases where the law does not allow it.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1. The content of the site — texts, images, logos, and structure — is protected and may not be reproduced without written consent.
11.2. The trademarks of the manufacturers belong to their respective owners and are used solely to designate the offered goods.
12. Reviews, Comments, Questions, and Answers
12.1. Content published by users must not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal statements.
12.2. The Seller reserves the right not to publish or to remove content that violates these rules.
13. Marketing and Newsletter
13.1. Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and confirmed by the User.
13.2. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link in each message or by email to team@bigconvert.com.
14. Personal Data and Cookies
14.1. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2. The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.
15. Force Majeure
15.1. Neither party is liable for non-performance due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event beyond its control.
15.2. The party affected by such an event shall notify the other party within a reasonable time.
16. Final Provisions
16.1. If any clause is declared invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
16.2. These terms and conditions are effective from 12 August 2026.
